    Thank you for choosing Us! We aim to provide you with a seamless shopping experience and ensure that your orders are delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy:

    Pre-made Orders: Please allow up to 1 week for your order to be processed and shipped.

    Pre-order Items: Please allow up to 15-24 business days for your order to be shipped after the pre-order window closes (window will be disclosed in description of item). Please note that it will be clearly indicated on the product if it is a pre-order item.

    Lost packages: Once your order is in the hands of USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, or DHL we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. However, we will do all we can to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier to recover your lost package.

    At Us Vs Them, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and services. As such, we have a no refund policy. All sales are final and non-refundable.

    Damages and Issues: In the event that you receive a defective or a damaged item, or you receive the wrong item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right. 

    False Chargebacks: Please note that false chargebacks are not allowed and will result in action being taken against the customer. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who files a false chargeback.
